Quick answer

When the hatch message tells you to get a pet to the safe zone, head back immediately. Watch the RUN banner and pet-specific Speed warning, and train before repeating a failed chase.

§Respond to the RUN banner#

A large red RUN! banner appears during the reviewed chase. The official description states that the pet is lost if the boss catches you before you get home. Once the hatch begins its return phase, stop treating the area as a place to keep farming eggs.

Face the safe-zone route, use the movement controls shown on your device and avoid unnecessary detours. The recording shows a desktop Dash prompt. Check your own screen for the current control and cooldown instead of assuming that desktop key labels describe a phone interface.

§Read the warning tied to your pet#

At 08:00, the visible message names a Mammoth, instructs the player to get it to the safe zone and warns that 45.0M Speed is needed to escape with that Mammoth. The same frame names an Ice Yeti pursuer. These details belong to that recorded encounter, rather than every Mammoth or every server version.

If you get a comparable warning, use the current value in your own message to plan more training. A zone recommendation is broad context; the carry warning describes the immediate problem. If the chase fails, return to training or try a more manageable target instead of repeatedly losing the same kind of hatch.

§Confirm that the return is complete#

The footage shows Your Base above a fenced plot and a separate safe-zone objective during a return. Head toward the protected area and confirm the pet is present at your own base before treating the run as finished. The developer confirms that pets earn money once you build your collection.

Do not confuse another player’s base marker with yours. The selected footage shows other player names above neighboring plots. Learn your own marker before leaving so that a chase does not become a search through the base area.

§Stealing from players has separate uncertainty#

The developer explicitly allows stealing pets from other players’ bases. The selected frames do not provide a complete theft interaction, base-lock timer, protection duration or recovery procedure. This guide therefore does not invent a button sequence or claim a universal safe theft method.

For now, first master a normal egg hatch and return. Read the live interaction prompt when approaching a player’s pet, keep your route back clear, and treat any claim about permanent protection or guaranteed steals as unverified until the game UI confirms it.
